Hotel Estheréa
Hotel Estheréa is a charming boutique hotel located along Amsterdam’s Singel canal in the heart of the historic Canal Ring. The interiors are lavish and whimsical, with colorful wallpaper, plush furnishings, and a romantic, old-world feel that makes the space feel both opulent and intimate.
We can enjoy amenities like a cozy lounge, 24-hour bar, complimentary tea and sweets, and easy access to the city’s cultural landmarks and boutique shopping.

Hotel Arsenaal is a distinctive, boutique-style accommodation nestled on a quiet peninsula between Delft’s Oude and Nieuwe Delft canals, placing us mere steps from the historic center.
Housed in a former 17th-century arsenal, the property retains exposed brick walls, oak beams, and arched warehouse doors, while infused with bold, varied furnishings—no two rooms are alike.

FAQs
When should I arrive?
The trip officially starts on the afternoon of April 8, 2027, but if you’re traveling overnight to get to Holland, consider arriving a day or two early to rest, relax, and get acclimated to the local time zone. There will be an option in the Add-Ons section to arrive 1 day early.
What airport should I fly into?
Fly into Amsterdam Schiphol airport (AMS).
What should I pack?
About 8-10 weeks before the trip starts, we'll organize a Zoom video call so that everyone on the trip can meet one another and go over any last-minute details, including what to pack. Also, here's a great website that will help you with packing and travel trips.
What's the weather like in April?
Expect partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid to high 50s F. Bring a rain jacket, as spring showers are common in Holland.
What are the new travel requirements for entering Europe?
Beginning in late 2026, travelers from visa-exempt countries—including the U.S., Canada, and Australia—will need an ETIAS permit to visit most of Europe. No action is needed just yet. As we approach the launch date, likely several months in advance, we’ll share all the details on how to apply. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
What is the activity level of this trip?
We require that everyone traveling with Girls' Guide be able to comfortably walk 3–5 miles per day unassisted, and without difficulty, can navigate stairs, uneven streets or paths, and occasional steep terrain. Most of our trips require this level of physical mobility and fitness, especially when visiting historic towns and landmarks where vehicle access is limited and walking often offers the best experience.
Additionally, some of the 4 and 5-star boutique or historic hotels we stay in do not have elevators and may require climbing stairs to get to your room or access other facilities in the hotel.
