The trip officially starts in the afternoon of May 11th. If you don't want to rush or prefer to enjoy Ljubljana for an extra day, I suggest flying in a day early. If you do decide to arrive, book an extra night on our website, and we will take care of the booking arrangements for you.
Fly into the Ljubljana Airport. The airport is about 25 minutes north of the city center and offers convenient access to the capital.
In May, the average daily temperature in Slovenia ranges from 54°F to 72°F (12°C to 22°C). The coastal areas enjoy slightly warmer weather, around 68°F (20°C). In contrast, the mountainous regions may experience cooler temperatures, especially at higher altitudes.
We will have a zoom call about 6 weeks before the trip starts to discuss all that information and give you a packing list. Here is a great website we love that will help you with packing and travel trips.
