We will have a coconut demonstration, a Fijian cooking class, learn to make out own yoga mats, partake in a Meke Experience, visit amazing waterfalls, snorkel with manta rays, stroll through local artesian and food markets, and find peace on the island of Taveuni. Here's a day-by-day itinerary of the trip.
Arrive in magical Fiji and transfer to your one hour connecting flight to Taveuni Island. Our local guide will meet you and take you to the lovely Taveuni Island Resort & Spa. It is nestled on a 10-acre tropical garden on the island of Taveuni and is a haven of tranquility, privacy and seclusion.
If you'd like some time to rest and relax after the long flight or explore Nadi, arrive a day or two early. We can assist with accommodations and suggest some wonderful activities and restaurants.
After checking in, take time to refresh, relax and enjoy the beautiful resort surroundings. Indulge in a 30-minute welcome massage to soothe your tired body after your travels.
We'll meet later for a welcome drink at the hotel bar before dinner. Dinner is at the resort's main dining room.

This morning, we'll start our journey with morning yoga and meditation before we fuel our bodies with a hearty Fijian breakfast.
After breakfast, we'll meet Shawna for our first health coaching session focused on reinvigorating our diet and exercise regime. These are the foundations to a healthy life. At this meeting we'll set our intentions for the week together.
Next, we'll learn how to weave our own yoga mats from palm leaves. Then, indulge in a delightful lunch and take time to enjoy the beach and the reef.
We'll also learn about the life of a coconut tree and its many uses in Fiji, where it is called the ‘Tree of Life.’
This afternoon, we'll tour the onsite garden and attend a coconut oil making class - the Fijian way.
After the lesson, Dr. Stanley will introduce us to her work. Prepare for enlightenment.
Dinner is at the resort tonight as we celebrate new beginnings.

Yoga Mat & Coconut Oil Classes
We'll start our journey today with yoga and meditation, then enjoy a hearty Fijian breakfast.
Shawna will lead us in a coaching session focused on lowering stress.
Next, we'll venture off to see the spectacular Lake Tangimouci. Lake Tangimouci is at the island apex. Its crystal clear waters cascade through the dense rainforest into hundreds of small rippling rivers and some roaring rivers and waterfalls. Why not enjoy a dip in the refreshing water? This is an excellent opportunity for photographs in Fiji’s beautiful hinterland.
Later this afternoon, we'll set time aside for individual mediumship sessions with Krista, an illuminating treat.

Health & Wellness Sessions
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and enjoy morning yoga and meditation. Then, it's time for a hearty Fijian breakfast before a dream workshop with Krista. Understanding and exploring our dreams is eye-opening.
Next, we'll learn about Fiji pearl farming. Black pearls are one of the prides of Fiji. These stunning pearls are sought-after internationally for their unique, non-traditional colors. We'll meet at the farm headquarters for a brief discussion. Then, head out on the boat with our guide to learn about daily farming activities. We'll snorkel to gain an underwater perspective and visit a giant clam nursery where four vulnerable species are protected.
We'll savor a late lunch in town. Then return to the resort for more mediumship sessions with Krista.
This afternoon, you will also have time for your Senibua Pedicure. Smooth beach stones will cradle your feet as they're nourished in coconut milk. Surrender your arms and hands to a soothing body butter massage. A full pedicure and foot and leg massage finish the treatment. Or you can choose to Mata Toka Facial and be pampered with the delightful smells of the tropics, while your skin is exfoliated and refreshed with plant extracts and coconut oil.

Awaken refreshed this morning after a good night’s sleep. We'll start the day with yoga and meditation to relax the mind, body and spirit.
Our first activity is a sleep workshop intended to improve your sleep patterns, restore energy levels, de-stress and establish a sustainable sleep routine needed to better equip you to face daily challenges and pave the way to a healthier and happier life.
After lunch, we'll explore the sea, snorkelling with majestic manta ray. It is one of the most unforgettable underwater experiences you can have.
Once back and rested, we'll join Krista for a drumming workshop and soul journey. This workshop is a natural team building activity. It is fun, relaxing and creatively stimulating at the same time.
After a full day of activities, we'll wine and dine at a resort restaurant.

Today, we awaken to the beauty of Fiji. Morning yoga and meditation will start our new day. Then, we'll enjoy a farm to table breakfast and begin our session with Shawna, focusing on improving our brain health.
Today, we' ll savor the resort nature and serenity. We' ll enjoy a Wasawasa body scrub and massage and have time to snorkel, relax, and enjoy the beach.
After lunch at the resort, we'll participate in a Meke Experience. The ‘Meke’ embraces traditional song and dance to tell legends, love stories, and spirit stories about the islands. Dances vary from a hair-raising warrior’s spear dance to a gentle and graceful fan dance.
In the afternoon, we'll have time for one-on-one sessions with both our coaches.

Wasawasa Body Scrub and Massage
We'll start the day by getting our bodies moving with a yoga class. Then, it's time for a hearty breakfast before the day's activities.
Following breakfast, we'll learn how to enhance our intuition in a workshop guided by Dr. Stanley.Your intuition is a mental muscle. Through use and trust it becomes strong and builds the best possible version of yourself. By strengthening your intuition, you align yourself with what truly matters. This leads to wiser, more soul inspired decisions, and to greater success in all aspects of your life. Krista will teach the class how developing intuition helps us make wiser, more soul-inspired decisions throughout life.
Then, we'll head out to the local fruit and vegetable market. It boasts a myriad of fresh produce, as well as unique local foods like cassia bark (cinnamon), bush dhaniya (coriander), wild honey, avocado, cabacaba, lobster, fresh mullet and sici shells.
Next, we head to Bouma National Heritage Park for a gentle hike to see the Tavoro Waterfalls. The falls and flora are an amazing sight. The lush rainforest will awaken your soul. Refresh yourself with dip in the crystal clear water.
In the afternoon, a powerful closing session will help you find clarity and inner peace with any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual issues you experience.
We'll take time to relax and freshen up after a packed day and meet later for dinner at the resort.
After an amazing week together, we'll wake up for one last yoga class before breakfast.
We'll have our final workshop to discuss our renewed self. After this week you'll come away with a revived inner wisdom that will inspire you to move forward in a more positive and spiritual way.
After the workshop we will bid farewell to new friends. You're off to the airport for your departing flight back to Nadi, the main island of Fiji.

September is a perfect time to go to Fiji. Temperature will range from the upper 60's at night to the lower 80's during the day.
