Between the Alps and the Mediterranean, you’ll find lively Nyons in the heart of the Drome Provençal region. July is when the lavender bursts into bloom and we’ll use this epic moment as a metaphor for our own re-blooming. Nyons is nicknamed Le Petite Nice and boasts a wonderful Thursday market. The region is famous for its olives, lavender, fruit trees and sunflowers dating back to the 5th century. In summer, Nyons enjoys night markets and free concerts. By our side during our week-long stay is Mundey Young, a certified life coach. She’ll be assisting each participant to create their own unique vision of what they want their next stage in life to look like. In addition to enjoying all that Provence has to offer during lavender season, we’ll be creating a vision for 7 fundamental areas of our lives to create a lasting sense fulfillment. We’ll explore what you want to: be, do, have and feel in the next stage of your life, no matter if you’re 24 or 84. You’ll learn to use that vision to achieve the goals you have, create a strategy with a plan and timeline, and an action plan to help transition you to that next stage of your life. You’ll go home with your new personal growth plan and vision for the next stage in your life, plus you’ll be able to execute that plan step by step with peace, ease and a sense of fulfillment.

The trip officially starts on the morning of July 7th, but if you are traveling across an ocean to get to Nyons, you may want to consider arriving a day early so you have time to relax and get acclimated to the local time zone. If you do decide to arrive early, please let us know and we will take care of booking your room for you and make sure that you are kept in the same room as you will be in when the trip starts.
We will have a zoom call about 6 weeks before the trip starts to discuss all that information and give you a packing list. Here is a great website that we love that will help you with packing and travel trips.
The high for July is low 80's with the low being mid 60's. Perhaps bring a light sweater in case the evenings are chilly.
