Capturing Joy in Todos Santos

Ensure you arrive at the Cabo San Lucas Airport by 1:00 pm. Our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the fabulous eco-chic resort - Baja Nomads.  It's your home for six nights, so unwind and relax after checking in.

We start our stay in Baja, Mexico, with a welcome circle and mediation session, followed by a fabulous mezcal tasting. 

Mundey will introduce us to our "Life Reimagined" program, goals, and intentions for the week. This program focuses on personal growth, empowerment, and the pursuit of a life that aligns with your dreams and aspirations. 

We've planned a special dinner at the resort.

We begin our day with a nourishing blend of gentle yoga and a wholesome breakfast as the sun rises over our tranquil resort.

Next, we'll embark on a short journey to El Faro Beach Club, where the soothing rhythm of the waves and the expansive ocean views provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. Take this opportunity to sink your toes into the warm sands, soak up the sun's rays, and let the healing powers of nature wash over you. 

We will dive into the concept of changing our mindset and come together for a special bonding and grounding activity. We will also learn and practice how to change our mindset. 

We will enjoy lunch at El Faro Beach Club and enjoy the afternoon soaking up the sun. 

As the day comes to a close, we're off to Oysteria, a classic oyster bar with a twist of modernity in the quaint coastal town of Todos Santos, showcasing the best seafood and oysters in Baja. Enjoy a mix of classical and contemporary seafood dishes accompanied by a glass of wine or beer. 

We start the day with a gentle yoga session and guided visualization. This session will allow you to center yourself and set your intentions for the day. We'll enjoy a delicious breakfast then delve into our morning life coaching session all creating and imagining the life we want. 

Next, we'll engage in a malas-making workshop, creating our own malas and discovering their significance in meditation and mindfulness. This two-hour workshop taps into your creativity as you make a meaningful and beautiful object.

We'll grab lunch in town at the best fish taco place ever – not fancy! Did you know Baja invented the fish taco?  Then we can peruse the town and do some much-needed shopping. 

Around sunset, we have the pleasure of releasing baby turtles onto a beautiful beach. 

As the day winds down, we'll savor a delicious dinner at Terramar Cantina, a local restaurant with a great variety of flavorful fresh, farm and sea-to-table dishes.

We'll take time to journal and reflect on the day's experiences before retiring.

This morning, we'll embark on a thrilling whale-watching trip to witness these magnificent creatures breach. Prepare for a once-in-a-lifetime experience! After our whale-watching adventure, we'll stop for brunch at the gorgeous San Cristobal Hotel next to the Fisherman's Beach, where the boats moor.

This afternoon, we will take time for a Life Coaching Session.  Then, we'll participate in a cacao ceremony, sound bath, and group energy healing session. We'll explore the concept of self-love and discuss how to practice it in our daily lives. 

Let's end the day with a delightful dinner at Hierbabuena. Before retiring for the night, we will take the time to reflect and journal.

Today is about self-exploration and rejuvenation!

We'll start the day with a peaceful journaling session, followed by a rejuvenating yoga session and breakfast at the resort. After breakfast, we will get together for a session on resilience and positivity. 

For lunch, we will head to the sea and enjoy a scrumptious meal at the famous Green Room. After a relaxing day soaking in the ions from the Pacific Ocean, we’ll experience a traditional Temazcal Experience, a unique, indigenous ritual for physical and spiritual purification. 

Tonight, we'll have a farm-to-table dinner at the resort. 

As the morning sun casts its golden rays over Todos Santos, we'll begin our day with a revitalizing yoga session, guiding our bodies and minds into a harmonious and balanced state.

Following our practice, Mundey Young, our esteemed life coach, will lead a transformative session, offering insights and guidance to help us navigate life's journey with clarity and purpose.

After our enriching morning sessions, we'll have the luxury of leisure time to bask in the warmth of the sun, indulging in moments of relaxation and reflection. Whether you choose to lounge at the pool or immerse yourself in the pages of your journal, this is the time to nourish your spirit and nurture your soul.

Next, we'll embark on an exhilarating all-terrain adventure to a secluded beach, where the untamed beauty of nature beckons us to connect with the earth. Amidst the rugged terrain and crashing waves, we'll gather for a delightful picnic, savoring delicious bites amidst the symphony of sea and sky. Take this opportunity to ground yourself in the present moment, feeling the sand between your toes and the salty breeze caressing your skin. Let the rhythmic pulse of the ocean soothe your soul and awaken your senses as you immerse yourself in the boundless beauty of the natural world.

In the evening, we'll gather for a unique and immersive experience: an authentic Mexican cooking class. Led by a skilled local woman, we'll dive into the vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions of Mexico as we learn to craft four beloved dishes from scratch. As the aromas of our creations warm the air and laughter fills the room, we'll come together to feast on the fruits of our labor, savoring each bite and celebrating the joy of shared culinary discovery.

We'll enjoy our last delicious breakfast together in Baja. As our trip comes to a close, it is time for us to say goodbye. Though it is with a heavy heart we bid farewell, we leave with the knowledge that our time together has been moving and heart-opening. We have gained new insights, and we have new perspectives. We're rejuvenated and have a renewed sense of vigor and purpose.
