Overview
Join Laina Florio and Dr. Krista Stanley for a transformative retreat designed to restore, reset, and reconnect you with your true self. This immersive experience blends soul-centered healing, mediumship, dreamwork, and energy healing, all set in the serene beauty of Baja California Sur’s coastal oasis. Throughout the retreat, we'll explore the intersection of the material and spiritual worlds, discovering that our connections are never lost, but rather transformed. Through deep inner work, moments of relaxation, and cultural immersion, each of us will leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more aligned with our unique purposes. The retreat offers a perfect balance of self-reflection and cultural exploration. Enjoy nature’s beauty as you walk miles of nearly deserted beaches, witness the awe-inspiring migration of whales, and release baby turtles into the ocean. Experience restorative yoga and wellness treatments while honoring your inner goddess, and make time for meaningful connections with new companions. The week also includes time to reconnect with loved ones who have transitioned, helping to deepen your spiritual connection and healing. In addition to soul-centered healing with Laina Florio and mediumship and dreamwork with Dr. Krista Stanley, we will enjoy transformative wellness activities such as a Temazcal ceremony, qigong, and daily yoga or meditation sessions. Our stay at La Poza, a serene boutique retreat, provides the ideal environment for relaxation and reflection.

You should fly in and out of the Cabo San Lucas Airport (SJD).
What day should I arrive?
The trip officially starts on the afternoon of January 21, 2027, but consider arriving a day early so you have time to relax and adjust to the local time zone.
If you decide to arrive early, check out our add-on Pre-Trip night or extension in the 'Add-on' section.
Remember, if you fly in on the day the trip starts, arrive before 1:00 pm to take the included transportation to your hotel in Todos Santos.
Are airport transfers included?
Group airport transfers are included on the first day of the trip for arrivals before 1:00 pm. A group departure transfer is also included, but your flight must depart after 12:30 pm to use the service. If you arrive or depart outside these times, we can arrange a private transfer at an additional cost.
What airport should I fly into/out of?
Plan on flying in and out of San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD) for this trip.
Please note that as of June 2025, the state of Baja California has implemented a tourist tax for all visitors. This payment can be made online and is a flat fee of 488 pesos (about $26 US Dollars), regardless of how long you plan to visit. You can fill out the form and pay it here. The state uses this tax to support better local infrastructure and environmental protections within the community.
What should I pack?
We'll have a Zoom call about six weeks before the trip starts to discuss all that information and give you a packing list. We love this website, which can help you with packing and travel trips.
What will the weather be like?
The average temperature in Todos Santos in January for a typical day ranges from a high of 76°F (25°C) to a low of 62°F (17°C). Some would describe it as mildly cool with a gentle breeze.
What is the activity level of this trip?
We require that everyone traveling with Girls' Guide be able to comfortably walk 3–5 miles per day unassisted, and without difficulty, can navigate stairs, uneven streets or paths, and occasional steep terrain. Most of our trips require this level of physical mobility and fitness, especially when visiting historic towns and landmarks where vehicle access is limited and walking often offers the best experience.
