We will have a Zoom call about 6 weeks before the trip starts to discuss all that information and give you a packing list.  HERE s a great website we love that will help you with packing and travel tips. In the meantime, plan to pack warm layers including thermal underwear, fleece or wool mid-layers, and a waterproof insulated coat, along with waterproof boots and gloves to stay comfortable in the cold and snow. Don’t forget a hat, neck gaiter, and swimsuit for sauna visits.

In February, Finland and Norway experience cold winter weather. Temperatures in Finland typically range from -10°F to 14°F, while in Norway, it can vary between 14°F and 32°F, with coastal areas being milder. Snow is common, especially in northern regions.
