I LOVE the Del Marcos Hotel - it's always my #1 choice in Palm Springs. The property is gorgeous - set against the mountains with a beautiful pool that is always the perfect temperature. The hotel has a very open, airy feeling and the rooms are spacious and decorated with a swanky Frank Sinatra feel. It doesn't take long to relax there! As soon as you arrive, you are welcomed by Jack with a complimentary glass of wine. It's so nice to sit by the firepit at night and enjoy the relaxing vibe and views. It almost feels like you are a guest at your friends home. Jack goes out of his way to ensure that you have everything you need. He is always on the property looking out for his guests. The location can't be better - one block from all the shopping and restaurants. It's the perfect place to spend some time whether you are with your girlfriends, by yourself, with your guy or a group of friends. Overall, it's the perfect spot to relax and spend time by the pool reading or chatting with the other guests.

A group of six girls planned a girls' get-away weekend to Palm Springs. After extensive research, we decided on the Parker Palm Springs. We wanted luxury, great design (Jonathan Adler is responsible for it here!), great food, relaxing atmosphere...and a spa (see my review in "pamper")! This place had it all. It's not cheap, but for a few days splurge, it was worth it...all the girls were pleased and impressed. We are talking about going back again soon! It was perfect for what we wanted. Oh, and eat at Norma's and order the red-berry risotto oatmeal that comes in an edible bowl - yum & fun!
